The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: To focus on fundraising and resource development ensures the Circle Program’s sustainability, growth, and impact. By broadening the work of the Resource Development Committee (RDC) and engaging in strategic fundraising efforts, we will secure the necessary financial resources to support our programs and services.
Goal Two: By focusing on enhancing mentorship programs, improving mentor recruitment and training, and expanding initiatives like the Teen Adventure Program and Eastward Bound, the Circle Program can provide valuable experiences and support to our participants.
Goal Three: By developing and articulating policies that focus on being a gender-specific program that considers the whole child, the organization can ensure that individual needs are met and decisions are made inclusively. Implementing DEIB principles in program activities, curriculum, mentorship practices, and organizational culture promotes fairness, respect, and equal opportunities for all participants.
