The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
As a private foundation operating with no staff, we have long standing relationships with many of our grantees. We make roughly 25-30 grants a year, and operate mostly virtually. We have shifted to disbursing grants electronically via ACH vs physical checks. Our operations and funding focus has remained consistent through the years - providing a sense of stability in our partnerships with our grantees - all of whom have been facing tremendous change.
