Hope Alliance of Missouri applied for and was awarded the Community Foundation of the Ozarks Capacity Building Scholarship. The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
In 2022, Hope Alliance of Missouri brought on a new Executive Director and is working to ensure the sustainability of it's programs for years to come. We are working to shift from a entirely volunteer operated organization to raising funds and securing grants to cover the addition of at least one full-time staff person. The Board of Directors reviewed and updated the organizational bylaws and new members were added to the Board as well. Hope Alliance of Missouri has been updating the accounting procedures to be fully inline with best practices as well as developing robust policies for our programs and overall administration.
