In April of 2022, OTC hired its first full-time Managing Director to guide the organization out of the pandemic and into a sustainable future. In December of 2023, OTC hired its first full-time Artistic Director to oversee the artistic programs of the organization and hold them to the highest possible standards. In an environment where theatres and arts organizations are closing their doors every day, OTC is investing in the future of the organization by hiring talented staff and empowering them with the resources required to be successful.
