Mission

The mission of the Wyalusing Area Education Foundation is to provide additional funding and support to the Wyalusing Area School District to enrich, maintain, and expand innovative educational opportunities. Through a variety of programs, we advance the district’s mission of equipping students with the skills essential for personal growth, responsible citizenship, and lifelong learning.

Vision

To empower every student in the Wyalusing Area School District to reach their full potential by fostering innovative, well-supported educational experiences that inspire lifelong learning and active, responsible citizenship.

Goals

1.To strengthen the foundation’s capacity by developing enhanced grant-seeking and fundraising capabilities, ensuring sustainable growth and continuous improvement in the delivery of programs that benefit students and the community.
2.Expand program offerings aligned with community needs to strengthen educational equity, engagement, and opportunity for rural learners.
3.Strengthen advocacy and fundraising efforts to expand support for curriculum and equipment needs that enhance student learning and innovation.
