The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: ASA will engage the Tulsa community with a focused public relations strategy to strengthen our brand, build partnerships, and expand visibility. Efforts include creating content for print, digital, and social media; engaging artists; offering tours; and providing merchandise. We’ll develop brand-compliant resources, foster media relations, and deepen ties with conferences and stakeholders.
Goal Two: ASA will secure funding to support the Woody Guthrie and Bob Dylan Centers by engaging high-capacity, enthusiastic donors. We’ll build relationships through personalized outreach, impactful communication, and tailored giving opportunities. With optimized giving channels and ongoing program assessments, we’ll demonstrate the value of donor support and advance our mission effectively.
Goal Three: ASA will deliver high-quality educational programs by booking artists aligned with patron interests and hosting high-profile events like the Woody Guthrie Prize and UMPG Fellowship. Events will be scheduled well in advance for effective marketing. Artist residencies and K-12 programs, both on-site and outreach, will foster community engagement and deepen connections to our mission.
