Goal Two: • Broaden your ability to appeal to Spartans of diverse backgrounds, tastes, capacities
• Sustain an artistic atmosphere of creativity, courage, ambition, diversity, innovation.
• Be indispensable to the fabric of life in Spartanburg; the first organization others think of when they imagine community, culture, entertainment, education . . .
Goal Three: • Set the tone for fundraising success and pave the way towards a possible Campaign
• Leverage the specific skills and networks of each Board member, varied as they may be
• Maximize the time spent activating Board members, rather than chasing them
