The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Expand access to our nonprofit's programs and services into other surrounding communities. In addition to our current service areas of Greenwood, Abbeville, and McCormick, including our most recent expansion to Saluda County, we would like to consider other areas such as Ware Shoals and similar rural locations that border Greenwood County.
Goal Two: Maintain and expand our financial resources, by continuing to:
Raise our profile and raise awareness of our community impact among potential private donors.
Grow our list of church partners, while recruiting local manufacturing plants, retailers, and small business owners to partner.
Advance our use of technology, CRM including donor software, media, and marketing platforms.
Goal Three: Survey, inquire of partner churches and other nonprofit organizations, and community leaders to ascertain the community's evolving needs.
Explore and possibly implore trauma-inspired services that speak to the latest research on phenomena such as school violence, suicide rates, trafficking of drugs, and humans.
These measures would provide informed awareness of social determinants of health.
