Goal One: We conduct a thorough assessment of current programs to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. We engage stakeholders, including local businesses, educational institutions, and government entities, to widen the reach and support for programs. We utilize social media, community events, and local media to promote services and increase visibility.
Goal Two: We develop a comprehensive budgeting process that aligns with strategic goals. We develop strategic partnerships with other organizations, government entities, and community groups to leverage resources and expertise and engage with the community to better understand their needs and actively involve them in program design and implementation.
Goal Three: We do a needs assessment to understand the current needs and challenges within the community served. We clearly define who the program will serve. We outline the program’s components; activities, services, and delivery methods and innovative approaches and the measurable outcomes. We develop a plan, launch, monitor and assess the program.
