The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
Our organization has had to adapt a lot over the last year. Since COVID, we had lost most of our staff. During this last year, we have had the opportunity to hire additional staff, and focus on our processes and fundraising programs, most of which were completely new processes and programs. In the midst of all of this, we launched a capital campaign to help raise funds to help improve the structure of our campus.
