The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
The more challenging change has been recruiting volunteers for our board and activities after the pandemic. We worked with the library to implement a joint volunteer recruiting program that gathers applicant interest in both library and Friends activities. We are developing a strategy for recruiting volunteers for the Friends Board of Directors.
