Adaptability Statement
30 out of 30 points
The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
The nanny industry the INA serves has been through many struggles over the last year, just as the world has. Keeping members informed and connected has been meant we needed to adjust how we served our community. Since we were unable to meet in-person from 2019 - 2022, in 2021, we shifted to a 100% virtual summit. We increased our Education committee, with an average of one Webinar a month. We started Chapters both around the US and around the world. These chapters have been virtual since 2020 and we hope they will be able to move to in-person events in the next 12 months. In an effort to be more inclusive to those around the word, we translated our Nanny Basic Skills Assessment into a total of 17 languages. We are in the process of translating our other exams into these languages as well.
