The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: We will increase capacity by hiring more contract positions in our educational and senior programs, converting multiple contractual positions to full-time salaried positions, and adding consultants as needed. Financial sustainability will occur by increasing giving from existing supporters, increasing number of supporters, new multi-year commitments, and a for-profit revenue stream.
Goal Two: In the next 4 years, we have strategic goals in marketing and branding in tandem with financial sustainability to increase awareness of our programs at the local, state, national and international level. This includes building new partner relationships at each level, investing in advertising, and refocusing our messaging.
Goal Three: We plan to grow our programming in scale as well as efficacy and impact, particularly our educational and senior programs. Contributing to this is capacity growth (staffing), refinement of program materials, increased operational efficiency by streamlining workflow to accurately tracking measurable goals and deadlines, developing new partnerships, and increasing efforts in program equity.
