Since 1908, VNA Health sustains the continuity of care for the communities we serve - even through crises - whether it be fire, flood, earthquake, world war, economic recession, or a pandemic. Unlike a hospital, clinic or a doctor's office, the front door of VNA Health are the front doors of our patients' homes; so navigating the complexities of disaster and emergencies to sustain patient and business continuity is unique for a post-acute healthcare agency like VNA Health. Thanks to exceptional leadership and commitment to a culture of safety, VNA Health has successfully cared for its patients and supported the community as needed. Most recently with the COVID-19 Pandemic, from its onset in 2020 through end of the public health state of emergency in 2023, VNA Health has sustained the continuity of care of its patients and families, kept staff, volunteers, and caregiving partners informed and safe, navigated the changing local, state and federal regulations; while holding true to our vision, mission and values of compassion, integrity, teamwork and excellence.
