According to the Department of Veteran Affairs, as many as 16 veterans commit suicide every day with many independent studies believing that figure is closer to 24. We seek to provide at least 12 service dogs per year free of charge to Veterans suffering from PTSD and other disabilities in the hope of lowering that number and giving them a chance to live a the life they deserve.

The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
Our organization has seen our largest growth in the past 18 months during that time we have managed to put our 21 teams (service dog and veteran) this is a large change from previous years when we would put out 5 to 10 over a similar period. We believe the dogs going into teams today are even better trained and more thoroughly vetted than when we first began and were doing fewer teams.
