This year many of our players returned after a two-year hiatus. This meant preparing our coaches to let them know they would have bigger teams than they had in the last two years. We also worked hard on getting assistant coaches on staff to support coaches with the large teams. Our goal is to keep the assistants to help the teams run more efficiently.
