Clients improve by 40% or more in job readiness scores, according to the Job Readiness Assessment Tool, in these three categories:
(1) Soft skills (attendance, punctuality, workplace performance, workplace appearance, communication & attitude)
(2) Hard skills (industry/program specific skills)
(3) Personal readiness (housing, health, legal status, transportation, childcare)
Goal Two: At 12 months:
60% of clients gain permanent employment at a competitive annual wage of $36,400 or more.
Clients experience an average 40% increase or more in the following categories on the Outcomes for Human Trafficking Survivors assessment tool: 1) employment; 2) safety; 3) life skills; and 4) resource management
Goal Three: At 2+ years:
70% of artisans have retained permanent employment for 1 year or more.
70% of artisans demonstrate economic advancement in the following ways:
- wage increase of at least 3% annually, or $2,216 total annual increase after two years based on a starting annual wage of $36,400
- debt is paid off or consistent with debt repayment plan
- monthly bills are paid consistently
