The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Social and economic factors, like food insecurity, housing, transportation, and isolation, do more to determine a person’s wellness than health care alone. To support wellness, we need innovation and initiatives that extend beyond traditional health care and existing social programs. That’s why we are here.
Goal Two: Expanding access to programs and services involves strategic planning, resource optimization, and continuous improvement to meet a growing or evolving demand. To meet this goal, the Foundation will need to ensure proper processes, technology, and staff resources are in place to achieve desired outcomes.
Goal Three: Develop a mix of revenue streams (e.g., grants, sponsorships, individual donors, earned income) to reduce financial risk and improve long-term stability. Invest in outreach and communications efforts to build awareness, credibility, and engagement with the organization’s mission.
