1. Take in strays and unwanted animals (as physical space and financials permit)
2. Provide financial assistance to qualifying residents of Marion County for spay/neuter procedures and other necessary veterinary care for pet owners that they may not otherwise be able to afford
3. Promote importance of spaying/neutering and assist others with having their animals spayed/neutered referrals to low cost spay/neuter programs
4. Place rescued animals into permanent adoptive homes or transfer them to other no-kill animal shelters with higher adoption success.
5. Provide information to the community on animal assistance in our area.

The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
We live in a rural area and small town where a lot of the community are older and do not use social media or computers, because of this we place a monthly ad in the local newspaper so that all of the community that does not engage in social media are aware of our organization and efforts.
