    Goal One: It will take brainstorming and strategic planning for us to design and implement programs that will represent our organization. The success of the people we employ and train will define who we are.

    The nonprofit provides evidence of investment in leadership development.
    We believe that every person at a point in their life must make decisions governing their lives. We tap into people who are self-motivated to discuss their goals and where they want to be in five years, ten year, etc. This helps us to guide them in a direction that will be beneficial to there goals. Please keep in mine that the COVID-19 pandemic has hindered a great deal of movement in this area. However, we encourage people to maximize their time pursuing their goals.
    External Focus on Mobilizing Mission
     
    The nonprofit provides evidence of leadership through focusing externally and mobilizing resources for the mission.
    There has not been any opportunity to mobilize; we put the safety of our staff first. we do have conferences calls to discuss ways forward; but, until we can mobilize safely, it is on hold.
