Adaptability Statement
30 out of 30 points
The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
Prior to the pandemic, all of our services were in-person and we utilized very little technology. When we went into lock down, we had to re-envision our program to become accessible to our applicants and clients through digital means. We moved our applications to an online format and began having all our interviews via zoom. Over the last year, we have continued to include our use of technology to make our services more accessible. Most recently, we moved into a smaller office that is in a more central hub for our potential clients. Because of our new use of technology we were able to downsize to accommodate this move.
