The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
Internally, our core team recognized an issue within our group that was holding back communication and effectiveness. A decision was made to remove a board member in order to preserve the goodwill within the remaining group and ensure our effectiveness. We have been able to more fully understand and implement our strategies without the cancer that was prevailing. A painful but necessary step for growth.
Externally, we have continued to learn how to use social media and other marketing strategies most effectively, enough so that we have been able to monetize our social media presence and intend to grow that in support of our mission going forward.
